This call or virtual meeting will be a dedicated meeting to understand what makes your practice unique. We will ask you about which services are most important to you, what messaging you would like to promote to your patients, the do’s and don’ts of your branding, your communication preferences, and what additional information we will need from you to begin the design and set-up process.

Once the proposal has been signed and submitted, our team of dental marketing experts will immediately begin any design, research, and set-ups that are required to begin your customized marketing strategies.
Your feedback is important to us, and our team will provide you with regular updates in order to ensure you are delighted with the final product.
Quality of work is important to us. We spend one full week completing a quality assurance checklist to identify any potential flaws or inconsistencies in our work. While you may be ready to get started as soon as possible, this is a step we never skip as we believe the pre-launch checklist can prevent disasters and anticipate roadblocks.

Two to three weeks after your launch, we will cover the specific reporting tailored to your digital marketing service or comprehensive strategy. This meeting will cover basic marketing terminology, key performance metrics, and your baseline marketing metrics to be compared month over month and year over year.
Every month we will send you reports to monitor your growth and performance. You will also be able to participate in an optional monthly strategy meeting with your dedicated account manager to review this information and collaborate with you to continuously refine and optimize your customized marketing plan.
